Heavyweights Weigh in On Herman Cain's Economic Program

Both Congressman Paul Ryan (R. Wis.), who is know as the man with the greatest understanding of the budget in Washington, D.C., and Art Laffer, economic advisor to President Ronald Reagan, the greatest President of the 20th century, have come out in favor of candidate Herman Cain's 9-9-9 tax plan. Paul Ryan says he "loves it". Mr. Laffer graded it as an "A+" when discussing it with Mr. Cain when he traveled to meet him to get his advise on the plan. The criticism in chief of the program has been the idea that the federal government will raise the plan from 9-9-9 to 21-21-21. But imagine how hard it will be to raise taxes under a program that is simple enough for the American people to understand it and the implications of any changes.
