Time to Pull the Strategy Out of the Closet

As if it weren't obvious enough that the long time strategy of most liberals is to create an enemy, i.e. President Obama villifies people with incomes, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D. Cali.) decided to remove the subtlety. Representative Pelosi flat out called insurance companies the villians of health care today. Now, I don't particularly love insurance companies, but villians? Let's keep in mind that insurance is one of the most highly regulated industries in the country. But the point here is that the strategy is out of the closet. Liberals love to make you believe companies are evil. Ralph Nader, anyone? This is also because the implication then becomes that government is the benevolent good-guy. This likely explains the fact that we have people who believe government can somehow generate wealth, rather than simply producing dependence, by taking it from some and giving it to others. Government is not, by itself, evil, and neither are insurance or any other companies. Facts don't matter to liberals, inflamed passions do. If they can get you to hate, they can get you to act.
