Yet More of That Violence and Hatred From the Right

Once again, the left has demonstrated why they have to yell about violence and hatred from the right, as they seem to be almost universally the perpetrators. Radio and TV personality Glenn Beck (who technically says he's a libertarian, but I'd put him in the conservative/libertarian bracket) apparently offended a number of people by existing. Beck took his family to the park for a showing of an Alfred Hitchcock film and was verbally and physically assaulted. Mind you, the assault consisted of kicking a glass of wine onto his wife (who last I checked hasn't done anything to anyone), but that's still not acceptable behavior from normal human beings. Keith Olbermann is a lying piece of human trash, but I would never bother to verbally assault him for strolling around the French Quarter or relaxing at a concert in the park.
I encourage you to read the comments to that post and the Gawker link contained in it. There is a seething hatred in this country right now that disturbs me greatly. I just have seething sarcasm.
