Representative Sheila Jackson Lee (D. Tex) who you may remember has people scouting funerals for her to speak at, decided it would be proper to take a cell phone call in the middle of questioning by one of her constituents at a town hall. If she had any sense of duty, she would resign. If she's not unemployed after the next election, Houston should resign.
