The Senate, apparently overwhelmed by the holiday spirit of taxing and spending, has sent another spending bill to President Obama's desk totalling $1.1 trillion. Make no mistake, this load of crap is on both party's heads, though most of the weight falls on the Democrats (three Dems voted against, three Republicans for). We need Congress to appear on next weeks "Intervention".
I don't know about anyone else, but I am figuring out how to make dog hair blankets and sweaters to trade for a wood stove, food, etc. Because I know this will all collapse pretty soon and I won't be able to afford the gas to get to my job.
