The Most Corrupt Piece of Legislation in United States History

Not my line, but it fits, especially given the $300 million Louisiana Purchase which has now been followed by Senator Ben Nelson (R. Neb.) finally finding the number his conscience could live with, a Medicare buyout similar to that Seantor Mary Landrieu (D. La.) got. The future of this country is very much in doubt. Hell, the Chinese are already indicating that there is no more money to loan to the U.S. Do you think the idiots at the CBO estimate the cost to the federal government when the states (which will see massive expenses from this bill, hence the two buyouts) can't foot the bill? I'd like to see these two Senators jailed for accepting bribes.
Just a thought here, but if the bill was so good, and the savings so sure, why would any of this be necessary?
