Well This Seems Perfectly Above-Board

A federal judge has blocked a FOIA request for emails sent from now Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan (God, I can't wrap my mind around how stunningly awful it is that she is a Justice now) when she was serving in the Obama administration at the Department of Justice regarding Obamacare. It could be key to determining whether or not she should recuse herself from the case, soon to be before the Court, regarding the Constitutional merit of the program. Liberals have ramped up pressure on Justice Clarence Thomas to recuse himself, who, like Herman Cain, committed the sin of being conservative and black, because his wife works for the Heritage Foundation, which is opposed to Obamacare and liberal economics generally. The judge reasoned that the emails were purely personal as they were only related to her goal of being nominated to the Supreme Court. Let that sink in. These emails should come out so that the American public will know what, if any, part Ms. Kagan played in the passage of Obamacare.
