You Mean You Didn't Notice it was a Joint Account with the Federal Government?

Rush Limbaugh and others are reporting that the federal government under the health care bill would have direct deposit access to your bank accounts in order to pay for treatment. This is reportedly located on p. 52 or 58 of the House version of the bill. I'll seek to confirm this later. Scary stuff.
