His Mother Was Prescient Naming Him That

Seantor Dick Durbin (D. Ill.), whose own amendment to the Dodd-Frank financial regulatory bill is causing banks to charge monthly fees for debit cards to customers, came to the Senate floor to admit the mistake and suggest that amendment to the bill should be repealed...nah, just kidding, he decided to encourage customers to make a run on the biggest bank in America. In fact, while calling for the collapse of a major banking institution which would have resulted in a depression, Durbin doubled down and bragged about how proud he was to make sure banks are forced to pass along costs to their customers.

Thanks, Dick, as I've suggested before, customers should keep their accounts and just send the extra billing on to your office along with anyone else who voted for this anencephalic piece of legislation.
