Pressed on questions regarding whether or not the military strikes on Libya constitute a war, the administration has responded with a resounding no. It is, in fact, a kinetic military action. Call me crazy but I believe that could be interpreted as any soldier moving.
I love it. Isn't it just great how our pres can move his lips and say nothing?
