A Russian institute has accused the U.K.'s Hadley Centre of ignoring climate date from 40% of Russia, or roughly 1/8th of the Earth's total landmass. The Institute stated that the exclusion of the data results in a significant exaggeration of the effects of global warming. The claim is being disputed, but given the recent revelations through leaked e-mails from East Anglia and the constant effort to explain the innocence of those involved, I'm inclined to side with the Russian institute.
