In the United Kingdom's parlimentary system, the opposing coalition or party often refers to itself as the shadow government. Under Barack Obama and previous government expansionist presidents, democracy itself has become the shadow government, the party of opposition laying in wait in the hope that it can take over some day.

Sanity Invades Democratic Party
Twenty two Democratic Congressmen, all but one freshmen, have written a letter to speaker Nancy Pelosi (D. Cali.) protesting the proposed tax increase on the wealthy to finance health care "reform". In other news, cats have been seen sleeping with dogs and Barney Frank has been seen with a woman. In all seriousness, it is good to see some conscientious Democrats standing up for common sense.
Since only freshmen have signed this letter, does this show that they have not been in Congress long enough to be corrupted? Good argument for term limits.
