Now This is Huge

The Federal Appeals Court in the District of Columbia has ruled that the FCC does not have the authority to dictate to private internet providers that all internet traffic be given equal treatment, paying or not. The so-called "net neutrality" idea is part of the whole social justice program (pogram?, no that's not a misspelling, look it up) the administration has been pushing. More important, however, is that we are now seeing the potential for courts to restrain this government which has grown out of control since Woodrow Wilson...OK, Teddy Roosevelt.

  1. I remember you mentioning this case earlier. This is good.

I tried looking up pogram, but I think that's not the right word... I know of "pogrom", especially since that's from a Russian word ;)
