I'm So Happy To Have Stumbled Across This

Finally someone is affirming my man crush on Bruce Willis, the finest actor of this generation and a guy who churns out great performances like no other. Look, I'll admit he's not Morgan Freeman, but he redefined the action hero in Die Hard (which I still think is one of the best movies made) and people don't appreciate how he expanded scenes in the movie. Willis made a point of looking away from the camera angle and examining the scene around him to present a different aspect to the audience. It was brilliant. But it's not just the action films. In Sixth Sense and Unbreakable he delivered performances which reinforced the silent strength of the films' themes. And best of all, I hear he's a conservative (though admittedly the last I heard that was like 1990).

I would point out that even in this article, the writer can't help but take a swipe at Chuck Norris and Glenn Beck.

But Wait, There's Less!!!

I just got back from the store and picked up some soup. The label said "Now with more flavor!". Isn't that really just an admission that you were half-assing it the first go round. Should I expect that in 6 months you'll have even more flavor? What did it taste like before? What if the flavor you've added isn't any good, because it seems like your first attempts didn't work out. Do I have too much time on my hands that I'm willing to write about this? Was New Coke a conspiracy by communists to bring down the Coca-Cola brand? In terms of advertising, I don't think you really want to own up to the fact that you had no flavor before unless you're trying to sell rice cakes.

Good News, We Won't Need Electricity Soon

That's right boys and girls. Soon we won't need electricity, at least not to see at night, because we'll all be glowing in the dark. Venezuela, with the help of Iran, is seeking to obtain uranium. Luckily, the two murderous tyrants who are in charge (caveat that the clerics run Iran) seem to be big fans of President Obama. Strange though, as much as they seem to love him, they are ignoring the pathetically impotent, unilateral surrender of the United States defensive positions while sitting at the head of the U.N. Security Council, the most pathetically impotent group on the planet, which supposedly resolved to stop nuclear proliferation. Even more interesting is that the president of the historically made fun of French, who has actually been pretty close to an ally to the U.S. for a change, Nikolas Sarkozy, openly mocked the Obama stance on nukes. I think Sarkozy is right, Obama is living in some fantasy land. Can we find a reason to impeach this guy yet?

Shhhhhh!!!!

Speak up and be derided. Public figures get mocked all the time. I don't think there is anything wrong with that. I'd suggest you read carefully and think about the language used and the nature of the things they are citing to and understand that an article on a popular search term is pointing out that the monkey didn't get a show. So don't speak, unless you are just joining the moron chorus, you will be spoken against.

Charles Krauthammer on Fox: "This is a Farce"

Charles Krauthammer, whom I respect greatly, commenting on French President Nikolas Sarkozy, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and U.S. President Barak Obamas individual comments on Iran's "newly" revealed violation of U.N. Sanctions noted that Obama was impotent by comparison in weekly saying, "It is concerning". At the end of discussion he noted that the "spectacle" was a farce. Strong words. I want to grow up to be like him someday.

Prime Minister Gordon Brown speaking on the revelation (really, revelation? Just because the world didn't like George Bush they couldn't believe Iran was working on nukes?) that Iran has built a second nuclear plant, meant to weaponize plutonium, said the international community has been forced to draw a line in the sand. That should work. Tell you what, you give me a gun, stand three feet away, draw a line in the sand and tell me I can't cross it. I'm sure it would work out great.

Just a reminder how ignorant our President is, in 2005 it was reported that Iran was hiding it's nuclear program in tunnels to hide them from the U.S. and President Bush, that meany. I've seen video on Fox from 2005 of something like the Iranian Opposition Party giving interviews in which they talked about it as well. Meanwhile, during the campaign, President Obama talked about how Iran may have legitimate reasons for nuclear research.

Stunned Silent

I actually keep trying to write about what's going on but I can't pick what to say or how to say it before the next insane thing hits. The Obama speech at the UN Climate Change Conference was an abomination. Now, the G20 wants to put in an international limitation on what investment and banking executives can receive in compensation. Qauddafi's speech at the UN which was arguably a little better than Obama's, but certainly funnier, in which he praised Obama as a son of Africa and talked of how he hoped Obama would be President for life. Amadinejad even being allowed to set foot on U.S. soil and then rave against Isreal and tell the rest of the world to go take a flying leap on it's nuclear program. Obama solving it by coming out of the UN Security Council with impotence even Viagra can't touch and his continued, aggressive, voluntary and unilateral abbrogation of American power and bargaining positions. Obama offending our allies even more, Britain again and Isreal in what was, once again, probably the most disgusting speech made by a U.S. President (other than everything Jimmy Carter says). The Isreali Prime Minister laying the groundwork for the morality of a first strike against Iran because of its posturing aginst Isreal. Wait, I actually support that last one even though it scares me. France backing off of sanctions against Iran. The President of Russia stating the obvious, sanctions don't work, but they are inevitable. Which just proves how much of a moron Obama is. Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez chimed in with Qaddaffi or Kuadafi or Queffman, whatever the hell spelling you want to use, to praise Obama. When these people are praising the President, murders and tyrants each, what does that say of the President?

I'm getting so sick of this nonsense. If nothing else, one link deserves to make it in to this post. Here's his speech. I can't find anything good about this man and I can't help but believe at this point that his policies both foreign and domestic will destroy this country if they are allowed to go foreward. Guess I'm just a racist, President Carter and Presidential-candidate Walter Mondale. By the way, didn't you guys lose like 93 of 100 states between your two runs against Reagan?
